By accessing or using Tablio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tablio provides tools for extracting tables and structured data from PDFs, images, and other document formats using artificial intelligence and optical character recognition (OCR).

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Intellectual Property & Document Ownership

You retain all of your ownership rights in the documents you upload to Tablio. By uploading documents, you grant us a temporary license to process those documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your documents or the extracted data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload documents containing illegal content.
• Violate any applicable laws, including copyright and data protection laws.
• Attempt to abuse, bypass, or exploit any rate limits or quota mechanisms.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tablio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Data Extraction Accuracy: The Service relies on AI models which may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the extracted data before relying on it for critical business or academic purposes.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
